Reflection

In reflection the student is expected to consider the issues carefully before taking action and in doing so, the student gains insight into the issues. The S.A.F.E. Solutions process allows the student to experience learning. In the process, the student learns the practical aspects of problem solving and leadership. The training enables the student to practise reflection in problem solving while they are identifying and clarifying the issues and searching for options that resolve them.

The reflection process will serve as a mirror for the student. They will be seeing themselves and learning to see others with empathy. The sharing of information sometimes reflects the level openness that the student has achieved in training. Reflection is an opportunity for the student to learn the concepts behind the S.A.F.E. Solutions process and to apply them.

The objective is for the student to develop depth of understanding that improves communication and relationships.
